Shortly after being born in Wheat Ridge, CO, to my amazing parents, Steve and Wendy Jenkins, my family moved to the Phoenix-area. For most of my formative years (until I was about 18 years-old), we lived in Ahwatukee, a suburb of Phoenix. From 18 to about 30 years of age, my family lived primarily in Scottsdale, AZ, while I bounced around between there, Tucson, and Flagstaff, AZ.

• My family has had 3 golden retrievers, each named Penny.
• I have 3 brothers: Ken, Ron, and Brad. I also have a pseudo-sister, Suraya. (My bff from college.)
• My maternal grandmother, Marilyn aka Gram aka The Vez (pictured on the left), has been my best friend since the day I was born.
